Biography
Bill grew up just outside of New York City. He completed his undergraduate degree in Finance at Boston College and his graduate MBA at Manhattan College in International Business.
By his early thirties he was chosen to become the International Controller of one of the top tier Investment Banks on Wall Street – Kidder Peabody, responsible for all financial and operational activity in London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
For the past twenty years Bill has been speaking, educating and motivating audiences from kids incarcerated, in rehab, foster homes, “half-way homes”, Boys and Girls Clubs, Big Brothers and Sisters, obese camps, continuation high schools, to speaking at The World Drug Conference, West Point and Stanford University.
His motto in life is “learn, earn and return”, and with that in mind, has created a lofty goal to try and reach the 30 millions kids in the USA with his message and “game plan”. Bill recently created a DVD called Success4Teens.

➢ Headed International Finance and Operations for a top tier Wall Street Investment Bank – Kidder Peabody
➢ Worked closely with the MOF ( Ministry of Finance-Tokyo) and SEAQ (Stock Exchange Automated Quote-London)
➢ Middle Market M&A involvement includes 1000 valuations, consulting with 600 CEO’s, 100 closed transactions and a National Speaker on Middle Market issues
➢ Headed Sales and Marketing for Media Arts, representing the most successful (commercial) artist ever (featured on “60 Minutes”). Additionally, was the Chief Financial Officer of this NYSE Company
➢ Headed Mergers and Acquisitions of a NYSE Company
➢ Currently on the Board of Directors of three Orange County companies and one non-profit (ALS) Board
➢ Founder of www.success4teens.com – Helping H.S. and college kids “get it together”, by providing educational guidance and motivational direction. While raising funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation – set a World Record in fitness which launched my program “Formula for Success”
