Positive Mental Attitude
The formula begins with learning HOW to create a Positive Mental Attitude for Teeangers and Teens,. This is no small task, although anyone can accomplish this by following the formula. Setting Goals
After we have addressed the PMA philosophy, it's time to put our belief system to work. Most kids are anxious, and always ask "How do I begin". And now the work begins by implementing a type of "time management system".

Get Fit
Having achieved illustrious athletic achievements by spending countless hours in the gym, I could speak on fitness for days. This is NOT what this section is designed to do. Getting fit is part of building one's self-esteem and self-confidence.

Setbacks
This is my favorite Section, because I believe it is the most important. I don't like the word fail, because failure IS quitting, but kids have a tendency to quit even if its a setback.

Giving Back
For me this completes the circle of life. My motto in life is learn, earn, and return. It's also what I want from my audiences.  I do believe that "What goes around comes around", and for me it's very important in fact imperative to give to those who are less fortunate.
